Refund Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026 · NFT Energy LLC

Short version: if something's wrong with your order, we make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email lawrence@nftenergydrinks.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund it, your choice.

Returns

Because our products are consumable beverages, we can't accept returns of opened product. Unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition; return shipping is on us if we made the mistake, on you otherwise.

Refund method

  • Card payments are refunded to the original card, typically within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
  • Crypto payments are refunded in the same asset (e.g., SOL or USDC) at the USD value of the original payment, sent to the paying wallet address.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package stalled or lost, contact us. We'll work the carrier claim and reship or refund once it's confirmed.

Digital collectibles

Energy Wabbits mints and secondary purchases happen on third-party blockchain platforms (such as GraveMint) and are final once confirmed on-chain; they're governed by those platforms' terms, not this policy.
