Refund Policy

Short version: if something's wrong with your order, we make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email info@nftenergydrinks.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund it, your choice.

Returns

Because our products are consumable beverages, we can't accept returns of opened product. Unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition; return shipping is on us if we made the mistake, on you otherwise.

Refund method

• Card payments are refunded to the original card, typically within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
• Crypto payments are refunded in the same asset (e.g., SOL or USDC) at the USD value of the original payment, sent to the paying wallet address.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package stalled or lost, contact us. We'll work the carrier claim and reship or refund once it's confirmed.

Rewards, refunds & free promotional entries

Your applicable product refund rights do not disappear because you opened a reward email or participated in a promotion. A valid entry in an independent no-purchase-necessary promotion is not cancelled merely because an order is cancelled or refunded. Purchasing, reordering, or refunding does not create additional chances beyond that promotion’s entry limit.

A separately identified, guaranteed purchase-linked loyalty benefit may depend on the eligible items kept, under the terms disclosed for that benefit. Refunds or cancellations may remove an unissued purchase-linked benefit. Our earlier private purchase-only tests simulate this behavior and do not establish public sweepstakes rules. Partial or disputed refunds may require review so that product quantities and financial records remain accurate.

Completed blockchain transfers cannot normally be recalled. We do not promise an automatic clawback or require a customer to pay a claim fee to obtain a free promotional prize. Contact us about an incorrect award or delivery issue. Refunds adjust the corresponding qualifying-sales records; a corrected sales total is separate from an already completed transfer. Digital collectibles

Energy Wabbits mints and secondary purchases happen on third-party blockchain platforms (such as GraveMint) and are final once confirmed on-chain; they're governed by those platforms' terms, not this policy.
