Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NFT Energy LLC ("NFT Energy," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit nftenergydrinks.com, buy our products, join our community programs, use the Wabbit Hole, participate in redemption or promotion tests, or interact with us online. This notice describes our practices; it does not replace consent where consent is required.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details when you make a purchase; email address when you join the newsletter; application details when you apply to the ambassador or wholesale programs; message contents when you contact us.
• Payment information: processed by our payment providers (card processors and, for crypto payments, blockchain payment processors). We do not store full card numbers. Crypto transactions are recorded on public blockchains by their nature.
• Automatically collected: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Wallet addresses: if you connect a wallet for holder benefits or pay with crypto, we may process your public wallet address to verify holdings and deliver benefits. Public wallet addresses are pseudonymous but may be personal information under some laws.

Reward and Wabbit Hole records

For Wabbit Hole accounts, we process your verified email, account identifier, linked public wallet addresses, verified Wabbit holdings, chosen display name and owned-Wabbit profile picture, holder enrollment, submitted game scores, votes, and relevant ambassador account matches. Where a promotion is available, we also process its rules version, entry and claim times, awards, fulfillment status and security records. Historical test records remain separate from live programs.

Your member display name, selected Wabbit picture and community leaderboard scores are public. Guest leaderboard names are also public. Linked ambassadors’ qualifying sales may appear in community rankings. These features do not publish your email, wallet address or private dashboard link. NFT artwork and public blockchain records may still allow others to associate a collectible with its owner. Vote choices are stored with your account and wallet to enforce eligibility and one vote per member. Owners can see running totals; the public sees aggregate results after the voting deadline.

Privy provides email and wallet authentication and optional embedded-wallet infrastructure. To use an existing profile with another sign-in method, link that wallet or email while signed in to the existing profile. NFT Energy does not store customer wallet private keys or seed phrases in the store database. Do not send recovery phrases, passwords, or one-time sign-in codes to our support team. Blockchain addresses, transfers, balances, and transaction hashes are public and can be copied or retained by others; deleting a website account cannot erase on-chain records.

Digital free-play requests

For a free-play request, we store your member identifier, keyed hashes of your normalized verified email and server-verified linked wallet identifiers for duplicate detection, your submitted full name, state and ZIP code, accepted rules version, request day and time, code expiry and redemption status. The server requires your eligibility and rules confirmations before saving a request. These details are private; they do not appear in community rankings. Owner campaign pages show aggregate request and redemption counts.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network information to check for automated abuse. Our server verifies its short-lived response before accepting a request. Account and network request limits help detect repeated attempts. Account attempt counters expire from active storage after about 24 hours. Personal Gmail dot and plus aliases are normalized for duplicate detection; work-domain addresses retain their dots. We do not store the bot-check token in request records. Request records support the daily limit, account access, support and abuse prevention; they do not subscribe you to marketing. The data-retention and privacy-request provisions below apply.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business (payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, web hosting, and analytics), bound to use it only for our purposes;
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety;
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Some analytics and advertising cookies may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

Services supporting the store and Wabbit Hole

We use Privy for identity and wallet services, Stripe for checkout and payment events, Resend for transactional emails, Telegram for internal support notifications, and Cloudflare for hosting, application data and security. Blockchain RPC providers process network requests, and public explorers display on-chain transactions. Providers process the information needed for their services and may have their own legal obligations and privacy terms. We do not put email addresses or order details in token-transfer transactions.

Account verification and entry receipts are transactional communications. Entering a promotion does not require subscribing to marketing. If official rules require legally mandated winner disclosures or tax reporting, those disclosures and required information will be described before that promotion opens. We do not publish member email addresses as leaderboard identities. The rewards display reads public on-chain inventory and internal stock reservations; viewing that inventory does not transfer assets or open prize entries.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of sale/sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, email info@nftenergydrinks.com with the subject "Privacy request." We verify requests and respond within the time required by law.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: order records for as long as required for tax and accounting, marketing data until you unsubscribe, and support messages while needed to resolve requests. Entry, award, payout, rules-acceptance and security records are kept while needed to fulfill awards, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. We review retention needs rather than promising that a blockchain transaction can be deleted. Ask us about the records associated with your account or request deletion using the contact below; we will explain any lawful retention exception.

Children

Our products contain caffeine and are not intended for children. The site is not directed to children. Future prize promotions will state their age and location requirements in the official rules before entry opens. We do not knowingly operate child-directed wallet or rewards accounts. The general site is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us information and we will delete it.

Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; keep your account and wallet credentials safe.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and communicated as required by law. This update describes public member profiles, linked wallets, community votes and reward inventory. It does not retroactively authorize a new use of previously collected information where additional notice or consent is required.
